    Please take into account that all online orders are subject to
    credit card authorization and verification before mailing the
    merchandise.  As soon as your order is processed, we will send
    you an email confirmation with shipment and tracking information.

Where is my order?

    To check the status of your order, find the USPS tracking number
    from the email confirmation and enter that tracking number at
    www.usps.com.

What if I want to cancel my order?

    There is a chance your order may be canceled, but only if you call us the
    same day you placed the order.
